Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Scorebit mobile application ("Scorebit", the "App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

The App is licensed to you, not sold. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable app store rules.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent that such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

2. Subscriptions and Free Trial

Scorebit offers an optional premium tier ("Scorebit Pro") that unlocks support for 4 to 8 players. Scorebit Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription:

• Scorebit Pro Monthly — $1.99 per month
• Scorebit Pro Annual — $14.99 per year

Each subscription begins with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will begin and you will be charged the applicable price.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account settings (iOS) or your Google Play subscriptions settings (Android). Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until it expires. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

3. One-Time Purchases

On supported platforms, Scorebit may offer a one-time "Lifetime" purchase that unlocks Scorebit Pro features without a recurring subscription. One-time purchases are a single charge and are not auto-renewing.

4. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are processed by the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), not directly by us. Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store through which you made the purchase. We are generally unable to issue refunds directly; please contact the relevant app store for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with or disrupt the App, and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.

6. Your Data

Scorebit stores your game data locally on your device. Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

12. Apple App Store — Additional Terms

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply. To the extent these conflict with the rest of these Terms, these additional terms control for App Store downloads:

• These Terms are between you and us only, and not with Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
• The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App. We are solely responsible for product maintenance and support.
• We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) for the App; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

13. Google Play — Additional Terms

If you obtained the App from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. We, not Google, are solely responsible for the App and any support, warranty, or claims relating to it.
